New Business Sales Executive

As a new business sales executive, you will be a key point of contact between our organisation and potential new customers. You will need to be resilient, resourceful, customer service oriented and comfortable both on the phone and in person. You will also need to demonstrate experience and success in the B2B technology space.

Working out of our modern offices in East London, you will be joining an independent, successful IT Services business that is on a mission to accelerate our growth. With customers located throughout the UK and abroad, across hotel, restaurant, manufacturing, education, charity and professional services sectors, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business where you can make a real impact.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging with key prospects through multiple channels.
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to nurture those prospects.
  • Organising qualified sales meetings for the team based on our sales methodology.
  • Maintaining accurate records on our CRM.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Producing proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual targets.
  • Reviewing your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximised.

Your Attributes

We are looking for people who:

  • Are positive, energetic and driven by achieving both personal and team success.
  • Have at least 2 years' experience within a new business B2B sales role.
  • Have excellent questioning, qualification, closing and appointment setting skills.
  • Can show previous success in hitting targets in a B2B sales environment.
  • Can demonstrate confidence and clear communication with top level decision makers.
  • Have proven experience building prospect accounts to generate new business.
  • Have fantastic customer management and communication skills - you must be presentable, confident and professional at all times.
  • Are honest and have high levels of integrity.
  • Have a knowledge of or a keen interest in technology, although that isn't essential.

The Location

The vast majority of your time will be spent working from our head office at 7 Stean Street, London, E8 4ED.
